SD Contracting LLC is a full-service general contractor serving commercial and residential clients, led by an owner with 20 years of hands-on construction experience. From ground-up new builds and additions to remodels, concrete, framing, roofing, finishes, and everything in between — if it's construction, we build it. Track record
Painting subcontractor for two production homebuilders: interior and exterior painting and finish trim/carpentry across hundreds of new-construction homes. Staffed and ran multiple production painting and finish crews to the builders' schedule and quality standards.
Owner Shane Dertinger self-performed painting, deck construction (carpentry), and the majority of concrete work across three associated apartment communities — Kendallwood, El Chaparral (Riverside, MO), and Rock Creek.
